Educational Equity Through Cultural Proficiency
This highly engaging workshop will provide district teams that are interested in building more inclusive, affirming and culturally responsive schools and classrooms, the opportunity to explore practical framework and develop strategies to more effectively address their diversity challenges.
During this workshop, participants will:
- View Cultural Proficiency as a shared priority.
- Experience Cultural Proficiency as personal and professional work.
- View the Tools of Cultural Proficiency as a guide for addressing access and achievement gap issues.
- Explore the valuable contribution of the school leader in the implementation of a culturally proficient environment.
